Ariel Crawley serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Indy Women in Tech. The non-profit serves the mission of introducing young girls to STEM and helping women enter the tech workforce by busting barriers with scholarships, emergency aid, childcare assistance, and mentorship. In five years, the organization has raised over one million dollars to help introduce girls and women to STEM and tech careers. Ariel is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter Jayla.
